The seeker felt compelled to look upward at the three, and suddenly beheld a vision.  Quite unexpectedly, the visual perspective he now held was like that of a bird circling above.  An overview of the boulders and clearing in which they stood appeared in his mind, from what appeared to be at least a mile above. This vision revealed a whitish, hazy, fog-like vapor superimposed over the terrain, extending from the boulders for many miles in all directions.  He knew that there was no natural fog at this time of day, and marveling at this, heard a soundless voice which said, "What you see before you is an extension of the Energies of the Three below.  This is but one way to work with the Energy and Awareness of the Earth".  The seeker, vaguely understanding this, then thought of another question in reply. "What then are they doing with this Energy and Awareness?" he asked.  The voice replied, "The Consciousness of humankind, is the same Consciousness as that of the Earth itself.  Just as one may transform the inner personal realm at will,  so too can influence be rendered upon the outer realm, which are One". The perspective of the vision shifted then, to 100 feet above the boulders below, looking down upon the three administering their Way, from a natural platform of stone.  From this view the seeker saw the Adept standing at the center of adjoining boulders with hands clasped together at the heart.  Two disciples slowly circled him at their perimeter, with palms extended to the people below.  Then the seeker’s vision shifted again to a place high above, where the whitish fog was  visible.  The voice spoke again saying, "You are seeing two different planes of existence at once, each one equally real".  "Who speaks thus?" asked the seeker.  The voice replied, "I am that which has always spoken to you thus, though you do not often take notice.  I am your own soul, and you may also hear me through your entire body without words".  So I see, thought the seeker.  Focusing again on his vision, the seeker noticed that the whitish vapor actually traveled directly through the body of the Adept, particularly via his heart and forehead, in a rapidly moving stream from the environment.  The fog seemed to rise up from the ground from all directions blowing through the Adept like smoke in a windy tunnel.  As it flowed through the Adept, it went directly to his two disciples, who themselves were also drawing this Earth Energy into their bodies, channeling it outward through the palms as they circled and turned. Earth Energy passed out through the two disciples, washing over the crowd in a torrent.  It streamed right through their bodies, and settled into the grassy clearing upon which they stood. Then without notice, there began an inner buzzing within the body of the seeker, similar to the low droning of many bees in unison.  A popping sound like the bursting of a bubble ended the vision.  The seeker’s attention was now again firmly seated in his body.  The same feeling of a current of Energy passed through him as before, while leaning on gray rocks.  Now however, he could also experience to some degree the feeling of Energy passing through the bodies of those in the surrounding area.  It was as though all the bodies present were his to experience, not just his own.   This experience was yet another reminder of the true communality of all people as embodied souls.  This experience was not entirely new to the seeker, yet its intensity surprised him never the less. The demonstration lasted another thirty minutes or so,  and ended just as many were lying down to sleep.  Their capacity for absorbing this experience was apparently spent.  A gong sounded again, drawing the attention of many to the natural platform above.  Seated now on a ledge to the north, the Adept was flanked on each side by disciples.  Noticing this, those on other sides of the rocks moved to the northern face, to see and hear the coming message. Many in the throng were prostrating themselves in the traditional manner,  lying prone on the ground with heads pointing directly to the Adept.  More and more were thus showing their respect for him, awestruck by their experience.  Many spoke of miracles and supernatural wonders in hushed whispers, until the Adept raised his hand in a gesture requesting silence.  All excited murmurs then abruptly ceased, and the Adept addressed the uninitiated in this manner; "Worthy seekers, what you have witnessed today is much the same manifestation of the Laws of Nature, as it has been in days past.  Remember that universal Truth and its principles are truly impartial, and thus they retain their universality.  What is true of one time and place of spiritual reality, is eternally consistent with all other times and places.  Understand then, that any person may employ these laws with their right realization equally.  The demonstration of these Truths, is not therefore a display of any special ability of those you see before you.  As with any spiritual action, such effects are the result of much inner work.  That work leads gradually to self realization on successively higher plateaus. The true self is that of Consciousness. Consciousness the all-pervading, is unlimited in its scope and ultimate capability.  Think not that what you have witnessed here today is a miracle of any kind, for this is not so.  Think not that what you have witnessed is anything supernatural, for in Truth there is nothing which surpasses the scope of the Natural, only our ideas of it.  Understand this, and bow not before this humble vessel of God, who seeks the enlightenment of all people alike.  Arise from the Earth and be seated, so that you may comfortably listen without distraction.  Many eyes looked up in question, as though they had not understood correctly, but the Adept gestured with his hands in affirmation.  After all were seated normally the Adept began again; "My associates and I have journeyed far to deliver this message to you, most worthy aspirants.  We will travel much further yet over this land to deliver it to others.  This message is for all who live without exception, for Truth draws no distinction between peoples, regardless of their position in the society of man.  In the eyes of God, we are all One, and of One Essence.  Those positions we take in daily life are but opportunities for lessons learned by the true self; the indwelling soul.  As it was before birth, as it is now, so too will it be after our physical death, in that our true identity as souls goes on incarnation after incarnation.  We take these material forms so as to learn the same universal lessons together.  In so doing we realize the real nature of self and existence as one, and thus reach a point where further physical incarnation is for the most part unnecessary. As conscious beings, as Consciousness itself in fact, we are eventually released from the self imposed sufferings in life, through realizations of its underlying Truth.  Know that although many suffer in life,  life itself is actually not an arena of suffering.  What makes us suffer is our own reluctance to apply the universal lessons of Truth learned in life, in a way that takes real responsibility for them.  This is the only real difference between those who apparently possess unusual spiritual abilities, and those who apparently do not.  It is not that they possess unusual abilities, it is simply that they have personally taken a greater degree of responsibility for the Truth, moment by moment, than has the average person.  Thus do I enjoin you to embody these teachings, and others of a like nature in whatever form they may come. Realize the important necessity for such responsibility.  Real understanding is based on moment to moment action as a continuous lifestyle, not out of convenience, and so is lasting bliss". The Adept went silent for a moment, looking out among many focused faces.  He scanned them as though looking for indications of what should next be presented.  A few clouds passing overhead gave relief from the heat, as did a light southern breeze.  The Adept continued by saying;  "It is our own thoughts which create the chains that bind us.  No other force in the universe can render as much limitation upon the glory of what it is to be human.  It is our own thoughts which deceive, for they are the creators of maya, or illusion in the world.  Thoughts in the human mind are as a small scale form of the thoughts of God for they,  to a lesser degree, create just as God creates.  The wise do not consider thought to be a trivial thing, for they know what effects it can render.  They know that the repeated focus of thought,  is what most often manifests in daily affairs.  Thoughts, and the force behind them which is Consciousness, are the implements by which our lives are self-shaped.  Let us use these tools sparingly and wisely. What you have felt today is the combined effects of many minds, not just the three you see here”, said the Adept, as he motioned to himself and the two disciples.  “Your experience has been a combination of the joined focus of the consciousness of myself and my two students here, the intelligence of the Earth which surrounds us, and also the consciousness which you as souls possess.  All of you have contributed to some degree to today's demonstration.  In your earnest focus upon it and through a confidence in spiritual practice, you also took part in the creation of this afternoon.  I say creation because Consciousness creates.  What it wills to come about, becomes manifest.  Lasting manifestations, ones which do real benefit,  are those which are in accord with Natural Law, or in other words the Will of God.  What these three before you have done today, is merely emphasize certain aspects of the Laws of Nature by focusing on them with the right Intention.  Thus they were more intensely activated, with the result being a greater movement of Earth Energy, and Intent, which even now circulates between us.  My associates will now explain some of the workings of today's creation". The Adept then touched the right shoulder of the disciple to his left, silently indicating to him what to say next, by motioning to his forehead, throat and heart in turn, and then gesturing outward to the encircling crowd.  The disciple nodded understanding, and stood up saying; "As my Master has instructed me regarding the various Energy centers of the body, I will now briefly convey to you.  This I do in an attempt to explain in part today's experiences".  The disciple then turned back to the Adept for a moment, and seeing a nod of approval continued.  "Although certain teachings speak of the Energy centers of the body known as the chakras, being of a differing number than does our lineage, we acknowledge them as being seven in number.  These seven chakras are centered upon the spine, one after another from the tailbone to the crown of the head.  They correspond to the various organs of the body, conveying nerve force or Energy, to each physical system.  This Energy is readily perceptible to those who practice inner Awareness.  It vitalizes the entire body, particularly the brain and spine which are its major carriers.  The chakras though, are not of the physical body alone.  They also belong to the other bodies of man, which are of a more subtle nature than the physical.  This makes the chakras gateways to other planes of existence, which coexist with the one you are currently focused on at present", the disciple said, with arms raised, gesturing to the clearing in which they stood.  "Recognizing the Truth that there are other realms which exist besides the material world, is a good beginning for understanding the ways in which the chakras function.  As human beings,  we exist on more than one plane at a time.  Our chakras provide clear channels to these other realms, so that we may act upon them as well, if we so choose.  This means we have the capability to channel through to this dense material world Energies of a subtle nature, the effects of which can be experienced by the self, and others as well.  The chakras provide unity with the oceans of Consciousness surrounding us, for they too are of Consciousness.  They provide connections also to other minds and places, for Consciousness knows no bounds.  Consciousness the all-pervading,  likewise composes the Earth itself, as my Master has often said”.
